Hello, We are reading about Bugs today. I learnt some interesting information about different type of insects. Like Bugs and their close relatives are Invertebrate animals and that don't have backbones!! Some of the main groups of invertebrates are : Arthropods - example - honeybee , praying mantis, ant, bark scorpion , centipede, ameircan lobster Worms - earthworm, leech, red mangrove flatworm Mollusks - Garden slug , sea snail , octopus , oyster. We called Octopus a bug what we meant was it belongs to enormous invertebrate family ! We read that all insects have basically 3 body parts : Eyes Abdomen Thorax ( middle body segment , between neck and abdomen) learnt today about Thorax ! anyway, i hope you like this 'bug episode' as much as we enjoyed reading it.
