Listen, being a working mum in this economy should come with hazard pay. I mean, negotiating for 3 hours to bathe your baby? bosses asking, “Are you sure you’re in the right industry? women resigning with zero plan because the stress is actually so brutal and society undervaluing motherhood unless it comes with a payslip. 

Motherhood is work. Real work. Invisible work. Unpaid work. Valuable work. And every mum deserves dignity, boundaries, and choice.
