Pregnancy after loss.

Around 1 in 4 pregnancies end in miscarriage. Yet despite how common it is, pregnancy loss can still feel incredibly lonely, and pregnancy after loss can bring a complicated mix of hope, joy, anxiety and fear.

In this episode, we’re joined by content creator and mum-to-be Izzie Rodgers, who at the time of filming is 28 weeks pregnant, and GP, broadcaster, author and mum of two, Dr Sara Kayat.

Izzie shares her personal experience of pregnancy after loss, while Dr Sara brings her expert perspective on miscarriage, pregnancy after loss and the emotional challenges that can come with trying to hold onto hope when joy and fear exist side by side.
