Ode to Joybuzzer. Steve Tanski and Jon Aley join Dave on this one (drummer Mike Tanski was missing in action but is a monster on the kit). Three of the most talented musicians you have possibly never heard of. Songs written and recorded in the basement like all music should be. Both of these guys started a long time ago. Jon in Those Melvins, a band that reached pretty nice peaks in the CT scene. Opening for Sinead O'Connor, Hoodoo Gurus, The Connells, NRBQ and not opening but a 4 band bill at Wetlands with a duo that they claimed was the worst band ever called Ween. Jon also went on to be in original Zambonis for about 16 years. Steve played as a kid and came from an incredible musical family. A guitar wiz kid he started in the 70's and in 1982 found himself in a band with Cheetah Chrome from The Dead Boys. A few bands later  he joined Those Melvins & eventually Joy Buzzer is born. From 2002 to this day an integral part of The Zambonis. Oh yeh, we play some great music on this show too. Thanks for listening.
