Serena Arora is an author and a yoga therapist. 


Born in Canada to parents of Chinese and Indian extraction, Serena now resides in Costa Rica. 


There, in that beautiful, tropical land, she writes, practices her craft, and hosts rejuvenating wellness retreats (for which you should definitely sign up!)
