Then it's on to European Championships: Jakob's return after ten months away, Almgren lapping the field in the 10K and then announcing a surprise marathon debut at New York City, and Femke Bol continuing her 800 meter experiment with another PR. The crew runs a snake draft of the New York City pro marathon fields, Rory announces his Brussels hour run was canceled, Jacob confirms he's out of Chicago and headed to Valencia and CIM instead, and they close out with the Jonah Koech doping suspension: a US 1500 champion caught by the biological passport, quietly banned for a year before anyone said anything publicly.
