 Nevena (00:00)

Zdravo svima, ja sam Nevena.
Hello everyone, I am Nevena.

Jelena (00:02)

Ja sam Jelena.
I am Jelena.

Nevena (00:04)

I dobro došli u novu epizodu Unlock Your Serbian sa Jelenom i Nevenom. And welcome to a new episode of Unlock Your Serbian with Jelena and Nevena.

Jelena (00:08)

That's right, welcome to another episode of our podcast and today we are talking about the Serbian language. We are talking about how we learn Serbian and what is difficult when we learn Serbian.

Nevena (00:26)

Yes, Jelena, you and I have Serbian language classes every day and we work with people from Europe, North America, generally from all over the world, and we often hear that people have problems when learning Serbian because Serbian in general is not easy—so, Serbian is difficult and I think the biggest problem is grammar. So, in Serbian we have cases: nominative, genitive, dative, etc. And they are often a problem for people who learn Serbian at the A1 or A2 level.
