You are excellent at a job that does not see you.
Not the clinical you. That part gets evaluated, corrected, and documented. But the you that prays under your breath before entering a room. The you that carries a word of encouragement that lands with supernatural precision. The you that feels the spiritual temperature of a unit before the shift report ends.
That part of you is invisible in the environment you serve in every day. And invisible is exhausting in a way that is hard to explain to someone who has not felt it.
This episode is for the nurse leader who is serving with excellence in a spiritually hostile place and needs both sustaining and a strategy. We are going into the story of Obadiah, a man who served faithfully inside one of the most wicked administrations in Israel's history while secretly protecting a hundred prophets from slaughter. He is the biblical picture of boldness operating in invisibility. Of purpose being carried without recognition. Of a nurse leader doing Kingdom work in a place that has no category for it.
We are also talking about the practical tools for sustaining yourself in the hostile place, building toward something that belongs to you while serving excellently where you are, and the business building that creates the financial freedom, the work from home flexibility, and the balance to finally operate in the fullness of your calling.
You are not alone in the hostile place. And this episode is proof.
