This is not an episode about leaving nursing.
It is a prophetic word for the nurse who has already decided on the inside and has not moved on the outside yet.
The nurses God is raising up in this season are not going back to the floor. Not because bedside nursing is not honorable. It is. But because God is doing something specific in the earth right now and He needs nurse leaders who are willing to carry their anointing into the marketplace, into coaching, into Kingdom businesses that reach people the church cannot reach and the hospital never knew how to serve.
This episode goes into the story of Elisha, the moment Elijah threw his mantle and Elisha burned his plow, slaughtered his oxen, and never looked back. No transition plan. No keeping the equipment just in case. Full consecration to the next assignment. We are also going into a personal testimony of being pulled from bedside to open a franchise, staying PRN by divine instruction, and what God taught through operating in the marketplace that no book and no course could have produced.
The internal decision has already been made. This episode is for the nurse who is ready for the outside to catch up.
