In January 2026, Bethany and I took on the UTMB Arc of Attrition 100 mile race in Cornwall. The Arc is known to be one of the toughest winter races in the UK where runners face limited daylight hours, challenging coastal paths and extreme winter weather. The day before we started the race, we sat down to reflect on our training, feelings towards the race and share our race strategy.
