After rescheduling this episode three times and no Izzy, we finally got it together for this session! At least, a little. This episode we reviewed Wireland Ranch, a cosmic horror podcast written by Joseph Rutledge that first launched in August of 2022. It puts a psychedelic new spin on classic eldritch horror focused on the center of the universe, a crumbling shack in the Mojave desert. Dead in the center of all of this are three humans: An unwitting delivery driver turned host for the parasitic heart. A disgraced drug-addicted private investigator retracing the driver's steps. And our narrator, an Archaeologist digging it all up 5000 years from now.
