Johnny Burke interviews soul alignment coach and podcast host Ann Marie Grace about her work combining astrology, human design, and Gene Keys into what she calls the “soul’s unique blueprint,” alongside guidance from spirit guides to clarify purpose.
She describes how breathwork and meditation beginning in 2008 helped her shift from depression into yoga and esoteric interests, with a pivotal 2012 astrology and “flower reading,” and a deeper dive into human design and Gene Keys in 2023 after closing a rigorous therapeutic yoga business. She explains her “soul meets strategy” approach: using birth data to read energetic patterns, discussing conditioning, and using meditation to connect inwardly for guidance from higher or future self.
They discuss soul contracts, Saturn cycles as growth triggers, Uranus in Gemini and rapid technological change, and how blueprint knowledge can foster self-acceptance, compassion, and developing intuition.
