This week, when you notice yourself reacting, pause before looking for a solution. Instead, ask yourself, "What do I need to understand right now?"

Then become curious about the thought you're believing, the emotion you're experiencing, and the story you're telling yourself.

Invite the Holy Spirit into that moment and allow Him to guide you toward responding with greater peace rather than pressure.
