I used to think property/real estate investing was the simplest way to get wealthy. You can get leverage from the bank, the asset is tangible, and property looks safe. But with property investments, people disregard the most important things that actually show whether your property investment is profitable. The majority of the time, once you do the proper calculations, you'll see that everything is not as simple and straightforward as you were told.
