Popok reports on the Trump DOJ rushing off to the 9th Circuit as a Federal Judge ignored their emergency request to argue that based on a faulty, half baked voter data base enhanced with unknown "AI tools" they believe that it is likely that 20,000 people are illegally registered to vote.  Popok explains with the help of Marc Elias why this appeal should lose.
