Dr. Courtney Sexton is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Population Health Sciences at the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine and member of the Dog Aging Project research consortium. With a background in the evolutionary biology of the human-dog relationship, her research centers One Health and One Welfare principles to investigate how shared environments impact animals and people.
