When life gives them lemons, they make plays. No excuses, just results type of dudes. You can give them an impossible situation, and they come from a mindset of solutions. Uphill battles are the norm, and are nothing more than an opportunity.
As a LEO, you can be a playmaker like them. Today I will discuss what this means, and how I have applied playmaking to the law enforcement career field.
If you haven't gotten to that unit you want, gotten that promotion, been hired by that agency...maybe it's your mindset. Maybe problems are walls for you instead of defeatable obstacles.
Here are a few examples of my obstacles and my "outside the box" solutions. Once you start thinking of yourself as a problem-solving playmaker, you'll overcome everything the streets throw at you.
