After a quick maintenance stop that got Southern Star back into perfect cruising condition, we drop anchor in a secluded bay surrounded by towering limestone cliffs, emerald water, and swaying coconut palms. I take you ashore to explore two remarkable resorts: Paradise Koh Yao and the adults-only, TreeHouse Villas, one of the most unique luxury resorts I've found anywhere in Southeast Asia.
