Salam, dear friend. I’ve just returned from training NEO leaders in Catalytic Leadership and in how to identify and address Movement Boosters and Blockers. The response was nothing short of amazing. In the room, senior leaders made an ad hoc decision: they want to equip all 7,800 of their church planters across the Middle East in the Catalytic Qualities. Even more remarkably, they decided to begin rolling out a coaching process “next week” among all leaders, cascading all the way down to grassroots church planters and house church leaders. Alhamdulillah!

And that makes today’s podcast episode especially timely. I’m joined by Matt Millar and Augustin Longa for a real, raw conversation about what they call “cultural humility” and the way we carry the gospel.

We ask a direct and uncomfortable question: What if people around us are not rejecting Jesus, but rejecting the cultural packaging we attach to Jesus?

Matt and Augustin help us explore why cultural humility is not a missionary technique, but a kingdom posture for every Christian. We talk about the danger of assuming that our way of being Christian is the normal one, and how leaders can begin to recognize when they are bringing their own culture into ministry more than they realize.

This conversation draws from their helpful book, The Church in Context: Harnessing Cultural Humility for Kingdom Advancement. If you would like to explore the topic more deeply, I warmly recommend it.

An update from Multiplying Disciplers: Did you know that 86% of our early users answered the question, “How valuable do you find this program for your ministry?” with “extremely valuable”?

We could barely believe such strong feedback! They could have chosen “valuable,” but their assessment was even stronger: the courses they had taken were extremely valuable for their ministry. That is deeply encouraging to our team.

And more and more learners are now signing up to explore Multiplying Disciplers for themselves. We reached more than 100 users within the first week! They are discovering short, practical courses designed to equip them to multiply disciples more effectively.

Would you like to try it out? It is easy to get started — and free of charge for the first 1,000 users.

Who in your network will benefit from this? Please forward or restack—it could inspire someone’s next step forward.

I’d genuinely love to hear from you: what is one thing from today’s episode that you want to put into practice this week? Just reply to this email.

Warmly, Emanuel Prinz - Father’s beloved & movement activist
