Premiering on October 30, 1994, Operation Blackout may be the closest L&C ever came to having a true Halloween episode. Consider the scene in which a perfectly-timed power outage coincides with a man in a wig pushing Lois out of her tenth-story-apartment window!
Lest we forget that Lois lives on the third story.
Meanwhile, from the depths of the Daily Planet basement emerges a linotype machine (completely operational despite a recent "incident" at said building) and with it comes Andy Tucker, here to awaken everyone with a 3-mile radius.
