Andrew Sinclair is without a doubt one of the best ranters in specialty coffee, and should probably have a podcast of his own.

Until then, Kirk sat down with him at his roastery and discussed what its like operating a coffee shop in the US and just how hard it can be for people to make it, especially in the City of Angels.
