In this episode, Ash interviews Quinn scriptwriters Delia and Violette Birch about their collaborative process in creating the Deco Hotel audio series, their approach to diversity in casting, and the challenges and rewards of working as a team in the audio storytelling space. Delia and Vi discuss their creative process, how the Deco Hotel came to be, and insights into storytelling, character development, and project management for a series of this scale. And of course, tangents and music chat galore.
