What happens when you stop trying to look like everyone else in your industry and start building a business around you?

In this episode of The Business Besties Club, Katie is joined by Faye Shaw, award-winning estate agent and one of the most recognisable personal brands in her local property industry.

But this episode is about SO much more than selling houses.

Faye’s journey has taken her from representing England as a competitive swimmer and studying Fashion Styling and Photography in London, to landing her first property role at Foxtons in Mayfair, working her way through almost every level of estate agency and eventually stepping away from the traditional high street model to build something of her own.

We talk about backing yourself, building a personal brand, showing up authentically online, getting over the fear of looking “cringey”, creating genuine relationships and why doing things differently can become your biggest strength.

Faye also shares how her background in competitive sport shaped the drive and resilience she’s carried throughout her career, why marketing has played such a huge role in her success and what she’s learnt from putting herself at the heart of her brand.

If you’ve ever worried about what people will think of your content, wondered whether you really need a personal brand, or felt like you have to do things the way everyone else in your industry does them, this conversation is for you.

🎙️ Press play for a brilliant conversation about marketing, relationships, resilience and having the confidence to be more YOU.
