Nancy Meiland is a perfumer and the founder of an eponymous fragrance brand. She started her career as an actress but found her way into perfumery through her work with perfumers such as Anastasia Brozler and Lyn Harris. She has crafted a unique and beautiful brand that feels rooted in the natural world, telling emotional olfactory stories through her work with some of the industry's top perfumers. In this episode we talk about Nancy's beginnings in the industry and her approach to perfume making, with a focus on her most recent launch, the out of this world (by name and smell) Iris Nebula.
Nancy's emotional connection scent is L'Eau d'Hiver by Editions de Parfums Frederic Malle.
