● What kind of "flowers" do you want growing in your heart?
● Is there a "weed" you'd like God's help removing?
● How can you show kindness or courage to someone this week?
● What helps you grow closer to Jesus?

Go outside together and look for a flower, tree, or garden. Talk about how plants need water, sunshine, and care to grow and how our hearts grow in much the same way. Then choose one character trait, like kindness or gratitude, that your family will intentionally practice together this week.

As parents, keep planting seeds of faith, kindness, honesty, and courage, even when you can't yet see the harvest. And kids, remember that every time you choose what is right, you're growing a heart that honors God and blesses others.
