Product philosophy from Jose: minimize clicks, minimize eyeball movements on the UI. Adopt better practices from Hyperliquid / LiDAR / NATO whenever they exist. "Why should we tell people to stop using Hyperliquid and use Pacifica? Actually I never tell people to stop using Hyperliquid. They should use Hyperliquid as much as they want." Non-zero-sum framing. Trigger-reverse orders and swarm orders as the sharpest product features that Rise Up hosts have been playing with.
Another Moment: Constance's FTX past. She helped build FTX from absolutely scratch — no product, no name, no anything when Sam first called her. Greg is publishing an article tonight covering her FTX story. Alex's frame back to her: Pacifica is the FTX story with the parallels starting the same way (great product built for a bull market) but with the ending they'll actively work to have diverge. On Solana, which currently has more active wallets than Ethereum.
