Fifteen years ago I watched a video of my first public speech and cringed at almost every moment. Yesterday my wife gave me feedback and I still handled it poorly. Growth apparently doesn't get easier just because you know better.

The hardest part of growth was never the skill gap. It's whether you can sit with the truth long enough to use it.
