If you keep falling back into lust, it's not because you're not trying hard enough. Someone asked me how to deal with temptation when they're not strong enough and keep falling short. Most of us fight it like we're fighting fire with fire. Then we fall once and immediately go, "Now I'm a porn addict. Now I'm a backsliding Christian." We turn what we did into who we are. But the Bible says you're still a new creature, and the righteous fall seven times. Don't trust the lust. Trust in God.
