His videos are creative and cinematic, yet always educational and grounded in the science of running.We talk about how he approaches content as a solo creator, how he balances training with life as a father of two living in Norway, and how he juggles work and creative projects. We also got into the challenges of building an audience on YouTube as a non-native English speaker, and how he thinks about authenticity in a world of brand deals and algorithms.
