Not because pain is magically good, but because detours can still be deeply aligned.
We also get practical about mindset and action. I talk about why control is such a natural response, how to practise surrender without sitting back and waiting, and why keeping a small window open with “we’ll see” can stop you blocking the very opportunities you’re asking for.
