What if setting a boundary wasn't about drawing a line in the sand, but about getting clearer on who you actually are? Boundaries are medicine—not just for you, but for every relationship and ecosystem you're part of. And for sensitives and empaths especially, learning to hold them is one of the most profound healing journeys there is.

In this episode, I return to one of my favorite transmissions on boundaries as medicine. I share why this teaching feels especially timely now, as we move through September's energy of integration and protection. And I close with one of my favorite somatic practices for sensitives: an EFT tapping sequence for when guilt comes up around setting a boundary—because it will.
