On this week's show, we welcomed American Foundation for Suicide Prevention Indiana Chapter Chair Tammy Lundy to discuss preparations for this year's Out of the Darkness Walk to prevent suicide and to promote mental health awareness. Tammy talked about her personal story, and WBDG student Killian Posey discussed his experiences covering the walk in 2026.
