Ahmed can't believe his luck when Yusuf offers to trade one of Nonna's famous cannolis. In the heat of the moment, he promises his prized Mohamed Salah football card in return... and even seals the deal with a handshake.

But once Ahmed gets home and sees his favourite card sitting safely in his binder, keeping his promise suddenly feels much harder.

As Mama tells him about the people of Kufa who broke their promises to Imam Hussain (as), and how Bibi Zaynab (sa) later reminded them of the weight of their words, Ahmed begins to realize that our promises don't stop mattering when they're inconvenient.
