It’s a real “check in on all our characters” episode. No Mr C at all! As four Dougie: Good news and bad news for Dougie Dale. Good news: he finds out what sex is, and loves it. Bad news: the mobster Mitchum Brothers wanna get him sooo bad. Speaking of, the Mitchum brothers get hit by a remote by spacey babe Candie, celebrate over Ike the Spike getting arrested, then get told by Tony Sinclair, Dougie’s coworker who it turns out is in Mr C’s pocket, that they have an enemy in Douglas Jones.

Meanwhile: Richard Horne kills the lady who saw him run over that kid and then steals all his mom’s money, which prompts Ben Horne to finally cave and ask Beverly out on a date. Richard also gets shithead cop Chad to intercept a letter Miriam wrote saying Richard killed the kid, which Lucy is very suspicious of. Carl, the Harry Dean Stanton trailer park manager, plays his soulful guitar and is upset that Steven, the Get Out brother, is being abusive to Becky, Shelly’s daughter. Albert goes on a date with the morgue lady! Gordon Cole draws a little creature, gets a Laura Palmer vision, and learns about Diane’s shady texts! The Log Lady gives Hawk an all-timer log lady speech, and Rebekah Del Rio serenades us into the starless night…
