How do I back up my online business? Keep a copy of everything outside the platform you built it on. Store files and shareable assets in cloud storage like Google Drive, keep your ideas and written content in a workspace like Notion, and build an email list or CRM you can export at any time.
What happens if I get locked out of my Facebook group? If you don't have your members' emails, you can lose access to them completely. An email list, or a community platform that gives you member emails, means you can move your people anywhere.
What goes in a Brand Headquarters spreadsheet? Your brand colors and hex codes, font names, bio, image URLs for your headshot and logos, website pages, community links, and your podcast links for Apple and Spotify.
