Digital sovereignty is important, but getting employees to embrace new technology is another challenge. In this episode, I explore the European Commission’s new sovereign alternative to Microsoft Teams and why some officials are unhappy with it. I look at the tension between digital independence and usability, and why successful technology adoption requires more than simply introducing a new tool.
