From Day One, Ian Beresford knew that borders were meant to cross.

Ian hails from Berwick-Upon-Tweed, the northernmost city in England, just across the Scotland border. The Northumberland town has changed hands between England and Scotland multiple times over centuries, resulting in a hybrid culture (and accent!)

As an adult, Ian consistently crossed borders for work and pleasure. He's made over 20 visits to the US, toured extensively throughout Europe, and even made it Down Under to Australia and New Zealand.

Now retired and volunteering at his local dog shelter, Ian continues to travel, and recently returned from a cruise around Spain.
