Its the week in the lead up to Chris's first marathon in a decade. He assures us that he's fit, but his main objective is to enjoy it!


Australia announced the team for the road running champs in Copenhagen and GGR's very own Liam Boudin, Bec Lowe and Donve Viljeon have been announced in the team. Very exciting stuff for the 3 series guests.
