The Paracas Skulls: Who Were the Long-Headed People of Ancient Peru?

On the dry southern coast of Peru, ancient Paracas cemeteries preserved bodies, hair, textiles, ornaments, and some of the most dramatic elongated skulls ever recovered in the Andes.
