I recently realized that six of my last eight Instagram posts had one thing in common: eye masks.

I didn't plan it or decide "eye masks are my brand now." I just kept documenting my mornings, and somewhere along the way, it became a pattern.

This represents the point of this episode: the best content isn't created, it's noticed. Instead of sitting down and forcing an idea to appear, pay attention to what you're already doing and bring it into your marketing.

So today (just Chelsea here!), I'm opening up my Notes app and walking you through the four things I come back to again and again when I need to get out of a content funk.

I discuss:

♡ Why the best marketing is brought to life, not created from scratch

♡ How to notice what makes you consistent and lean into it

♡ Building momentum before motivation

♡ Capturing ideas in the moment (notes app, voice memos, camera roll, and more)
