Hundreds of dollars a month on premium AI accounts nobody opens. Agents running inside client relationships with no one checking the output. Online business manager Sarah Noked sees it all from inside her clients' businesses, and in our Season 7 finale she shares what it takes to clean it up.
Sarah has worked in the online space since 2009 and as an OBM since 2012. She is the founder of OBM School, where she certifies online business managers, teaches them to use AI ethically and transparently with clients, and matches them with founders who are ready to delegate. Before any of that, she ran a landscaping company, earned an MBA, and spent time in a corporate job that showed her exactly why she needed flexibility.
We talk about the transferable skills women try to leave behind, why AI drafts but a human decides, what founders between roughly $200K and $400K in revenue should hand to an operator, and why embracing your own humanity is what makes your business irreplaceable.

Key takeaways
You don't start from square one. The sales, bookkeeping, team management, and design work from Sarah's landscaping business all came with her, even when she couldn't see it.
More AI tools rarely fix a business. Sarah's OBMs often start by simplifying: toning down agents, cancelling unused subscriptions, and checking how information is shared.
AI drafts, but an OBM or a founder decides. Judgment, discretion, and ethics stay with people.
Transparency matters. OBMs should be clear in contracts and conversations about how they use AI with a client's business and information.
Delegating to an operator pays off when you use the time you get back wisely, with a plan and clear lanes for everyone.
Outro
Thank you for spending Season 7 with us. Sarah's reminder to bring your whole history into your business, and to keep your own judgment at the center of every AI decision, felt like the right way to close the season.
If this episode helped you, follow the show wherever you listen and leave a review. It helps more women founders find these conversations. Season 8 is on the way.
