In this week’s episode of Sad Song Queens, Laura and Lindsay are joined by singer-songwriter Chance Peña to talk about his emotional yet hopeful track, “The Mountain Is You.” Chance opens up about the song’s meaning, exploring themes of vulnerability and the challenge of getting out of your own way. Chance also dives into how he handles the mental toll of touring and what it was like to open for one of his favorite bands, The Lumineers.
