The messaging around our relationship with nature is becoming more consistent. Connection to nature brings health benefits to us and the rest of the ecosystem. It can be the first place we turn to when we are facing a crisis point in our lives, when we begin to burnout. In this conversation, we discuss our increasing separation from nature, and our slow return to it. What if we know longer know how to connect in the way we need to, and in the way that should be instinctual? Is our connection with nature the forgotten bond? Tom and I talk through everyday urban nature, the ecology of our systems and travel all the way to the andromeda galaxy.

Next week I’ll be joined by Nicola Washington where we will talk about all things social media, and how we can make social media work for us without burning out. Nicola single-handedly changed the way I now work with social media. I wrote pages in this interview and I know you will too!
