Okay, this is an exciting episode because we have our second set of guests on the pod!
Please welcome Madie and Maggie of the Final Girls Film Club! We are partnering with these ladies on a screening of Zach Cregger’s “Barbarian” later this month and we want to see you there! Tickets are available on Eventbrite. BARBARIAN TICKETS
But, before that, we sat down with them for an informative discussion about all things final girls, horror, feminism and the Toronto film scene. Ever wondered why the “Final Girl” trope is so popular in the horror zeitgeist? Wonder no more! This discussion was so much fun that, in typical QCC fashion, we split it into two. Part two will be released the week of the screening so watch for that on all platforms!
