Sweet Suite Value: Upgrading from a standard room to a premium corner layout like the Broadway Quarter Suite—which features floor-to-ceiling glass on two sides looking straight down Broadway—costs a relatively small price premium of around $100 to $150 more per night.  

No Balconies Allowed: The hosts joked that the hotel's lack of guest room balconies is vindicated by a wild New Year's Eve incident where two men successfully base-jumped off the hotel's 25th-floor rooftop bar.  

Crowded Pool Culture: Positioned on the 5th floor, the hotel's outdoor rooftop pool features excellent views of Broadway, but its compact deck area means it fills up with bachelorette parties and eager lounge-chair-claimers as early as 9:30 AM
