As part of the new direction being implemented here, I've been given a message to share with you:

  "In an effort to fulfill the public-facing mission of the Oceanic Intervention and Observation Initiative, today we have borrowed from the Research Department to provide the entertainment for you, our valued audience.

Selected from one of our many listening stations strategically placed around the globe at undisclosed locations, the following is a raw feed of audio that has been intercepted and analyzed but otherwise remains unaltered.
