Sandra Sundbäck is a communication and change strategist, former CEO, and advisor to leaders navigating growth and transformation. With more than 20 years of experience across industry, the public sector, and member-based organizations, she has built a career around helping leaders create direction, clarity, and real momentum.
She has served as CEO of both the Chamber of Commerce in Värmland and Paper Province, leading organizations in complex environments where collaboration, communication, and the ability to make decisions truly matter.
Today, Sandra works closely with leadership teams, supporting them in moving from discussion to action – especially in situations where things feel unclear, slow, or stuck.
Alongside her advisory work, she is also the host of the podcast Sparkad, where she explores what happens when we lose something that once defined us – like a job, a role, or a sense of direction. Through honest conversations, she highlights both the vulnerability and the unexpected opportunities that can come from change.
