Ipswich, unlike the rural beauty of Suffolk that surrounds it, has never been seen as much of a destination. The former industrial town has lost its way, searching for its post-manufacturing identity. But with every down-turn there is an opportunity. We meet some of the people here, who are determined to change the narrative around the town. Meanwhile the football club is starting to flex its new financial power on the pitch.
