In this episode Sam Clark joins me to have a discussion about AEDP therapy and its overlaps and differences with IFS therapy.

Sam is  a UKCP accredited integrative psychotherapist and supervisor with 20 years post-qualification experience working collaboratively with individuals, young people and families. She is a Level 3 trained AEDP therapist and has been an experiential assistant on AEDP Institute Immersion and Essential Skills courses. Currently working towards her AEDP certification, Sam is also a tutor on the Humanistic Dip/ MSc at Metanoia Institute, and supervises trainee and qualified therapists. She works online and in-person in Margate, Kent.
