On 23 June 1985, Air India Flight 182 was destroyed by a bomb over the Atlantic Ocean, killing all 329 passengers and crew. The device had travelled from Vancouver inside an unaccompanied suitcase, while a second bomb from the same conspiracy exploded at Tokyo's Narita Airport. This episode examines the political violence behind the plot, the missed warnings, the catastrophic security failures and the investigation that left most of the victims' families without convictions or complete answers.
